• Photo scanning is provided at a rate of $5.00 per photo (This does not include any editing or enhancing.  Inquire by e-mail about prices for photo editing and enhancing.)

• You may provide your own graphics, sound, or video clips if you so desire.  Be aware however that integrating your files could take longer than working with our own, and we reserve the right to alter the original file if necessary to maintain the integrity and efficiency of the site.
• Starter packages must not exceed the specified number of pages, or the site will revert to standard pricing.
• Basic maintenance includes content editing, color and theme work, static graphics, and basic online forms posting to email or text file.  Advanced maintenance includes all basic items plus advanced database manipulation and special programming and scripting (PHP, ASP, etc.).
• All work (logos, sites, associated files, etc.) are property of DFW Creations until it is determined DFW Creations is no longer responsible for maintenance and upkeep of said files and all associated fees and outstanding balances are paid in full.  If a maintenance agreement exists, DFW Creations assumes ownership until the stated expiration date of the term.  A fee of $250.00 will be applied in the event the customer wishes to assume ownership of their files before the end of said term.
